Hopefully you will love your items of jewellery.  If, however, you are unhappy with your finished product, please be assured that we will do our utmost to sort out any issues promptly for you.  Please contact us within seven days of receipt of your item on 07483 262522 or info@salisburysilver.co.uk.  All items are covered by a 28 day returns policy for defective goods but please bear in mind that as these are bespoke, handcrafted to order products, this policy does not cover ‘changes of mind’, only damaged or faulty products.  We are unable to accept cancellation of orders once any work has commenced.  Please also ensure you double check all personalisation details are correct as we are unable to refund if incorrect details have been given when placing an order.
