All items are covered by a 28 day returns policy for defective goods but please bear in mind that as these are bespoke, handcrafted to order products, this policy does not cover ‘changes of mind’, only damaged or faulty products. We are unable to accept cancellation of orders once any work has commenced. Please also ensure you double check all personalisation details are correct as we are unable to refund if incorrect details have been given when placing an order.
